Due to the customised nature of the product, we don't offer returns or refunds. If you've any concerns, feel free to get in touch with us. In case of any damage to the product in transit or during delivery, please pictures and video via Whatsapp (+91 83358 60000) within 2 days of date of delivery, post which the replacement product will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

We can't engrave on frosted, textured and beveled glass, there should be enough clear glass area to engrave on. We do not engrave on carbonated bottles like champagne either.
