Return, Exchange & Refund :

 

At Tishya Pansari LLP, there is no policy of return, exchange or refund.  Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless the product is damaged in which case an exchange or refund will be issued.

Please note that if necessary information or approval is not provided in a timely manner, particularly for rush orders, we are not responsible for any complications that arise. Refunds in these situations will be at our discretion. Additionally, we require approval for engravings via a messaging platform before proceeding. Since we allocate specific time to work on your project and handle multiple projects simultaneously, we cannot adjust the schedule for your project on short notice. 

For engraving services, please check if there is enough clear space for engraving. If you're unsure, please consult us before placing an order. Should there be inadequate space, we can only issue a half refund. This is because we block time to work on your project.

Please check if your surface can be engraved before placing an order. If in doubt, please connect with us. Once an order is placed, we can only issue a half refund because we've allotted your project a slot.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

An order is eligible for cancellation only if we have not begun work on it. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
