Return, Exchange & Refund :

 

At Tishya Pansari LLP, there is no policy of return, exchange or refund.  Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless the product is damaged in which case an exchange or refund will be issued.

If the information or approval is not shared in time, especially for rush orders, it is not our fault, and refunds are at our discretion. We do not engrave without approval shared on a messaging platform. 

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

An order is eligible for cancellation within 30 minutes of it being placed, subject to it not being prepared yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
